Stage 1 - Export Audit

The decision to start trading internationally is not one to be taken lightly and requires commitement. The 'Export Audit' answers the fundamental question of whether your company has the capabilities, resources and commitment to successfully export. Your allocated International Trade Adviser will discuss this with you.

Stage 2 - Workshop

We offer one day of support to give you a head start towards structuring your own export strategy as part of the programme i.e. developing an action plan over 12 months. It is designed as a practical and interactive day covering the issues that need to be addressed and how to avoid some of the most common pitfalls before embarking on your export journey. It also gives you the opportunity to network with your peers at a minimal cost.

Stage 3 - Export Strategy and Action Plan

Agreeing an action plan with a dedicated International Trade Adviser is a fundamental stage towards achieving your 12 months export goals.
